Luis
C. Vite, Program Manager, has over
30 years experience in domestic and international
project management and engineering, including;
anti-terrorism/ force protection renovations,
multi-use facility renovations, rehabilitations,
new construction, office buildings, warehouses,
and environmental protection. He has extensive
experience in managing vendors, consultants, construction
contractors, cost estimating, and procurement
of equipment to perform complete capital projects
within budget and schedule constraints.
Rom Matanguihan is experienced in renovation of
facilities, security, and petrochemical as Project Manager.
He is responsible for design and engineering, project
planning, and cost reporting and monitoring. He
manages projects such as new service stations/
convenience stores, underground tank replacements, and
tenant improvements. For Gas Company payment
centers and service stations, bullet resistant glass,
transaction windows, and closed circuit television systems
were necessary for the safety of our clients’ employees.
