Project Experience

 Office Renovations R.E.M. provides design engineering, construction management, and design-build services for the renovation of existing office buildings. R.E.M. has the expertise to completely reconfigure the internal layout of facilities to meet the changing requirements of our clients. Our experience includes dividing existing rooms into executive type office suites with energy efficient autonomous air conditioning; adding cubicle type work areas; adding new electrical power, lighting, computer/data cabling, and phone lines.
